You have 30 days to return any product:
- The withdrawal request must be notified within 30 days after delivery of the package.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging. If the product does not arrive in its original packaging, 30% will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
- To proceed with the return of a product it is essential that the product is in perfect condition, disassembled, with all its accessories.
- If the product is damaged, we will be entitled to refuse the refund or to make a partial refund.
- The withdrawal implies that, Nest Dream will proceed to refund the amount already paid by the customer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, the refund will be made by the method of payment used in the order.
- For the withdrawal, the customer must complete the withdrawal document provided by the customer service department.
The total cost of the return is calculated as follows:
transport costs charged at the time of purchase + 10% (as a collection management fee).
We do not apply any commission on the price of the product.

Return cost = 19,90 € + 1,99 € (10%) = 21,89 €.
