At Nest Dream we make offers related to shipping costs, you can find out about these offers by contacting our customer service department.
Normally, these offers are public and visible on the home page of our online store.
We cannot assure-to have offers active throughout the year and in all shipping addresses.
We have several transport agencies, all of them selected by the characteristics of the packages of your order and the delivery address.
The transport agency will be shown to you during the order completion process in the Transport section.
The shipping agency selection is made automatically according to the type of products in your order and the delivery address.
This assignment system cannot be changed, as not all packages are accepted by all carriers.
Nor can we assure you that your shipment will be sent by a specific carrier without knowing the complete shipping address and all the products in your order.
All shipments of orders in our online store are contracted with the door-to-door express service.
The door to door service includes the transport of your order to the door of your home. The contract of this service, does not include neither the ascent to the floor of the packages nor the assembly.
If you would like to contract the delivery service for your order, you will have to contact our store's contact email so that we can provide you with the additional costs of this service.
Currently, we do not have a supplementary service for the assembly of furniture.

- The cancellation request must be notified within 30 days after delivery of the package.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging. If the product does not arrive in its original packaging, 30% will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
- In order to return a product, it is essential that the product is in perfect condition, disassembled, with all its accessories.
- If the product is damaged, we will be entitled to refuse the refund or to make a partial refund.
- The withdrawal implies that Nest Dream will proceed to refund the amount already paid by the customer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, the refund will be made by the method of payment used in the order.
- For the withdrawal, the customer must complete the withdrawal document provided by the customer service department.
The total cost of the return is calculated as follows:
transport costs charged at the time of purchase + 10% (as a collection management fee).
Example
If your purchase was charged 19,90 € for transport:
Return cost = 19,90 € + 1,99 € (10%) = 21,89 €.
