All furniture is guaranteed for 5 years from the date of receipt.

You have 30 days to return any product:

  1. The withdrawal request must be notified within 30 days after delivery of the package.
  2. The product must be returned in its original packaging. If the product does not arrive in its original packaging, 30% will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
  3. To proceed with the return of a product it is essential that the product is in perfect condition, disassembled, with all its accessories.
  4. If the product is damaged, we will be entitled to refuse the refund or to make a partial refund.
  5. The withdrawal implies that, Nest Dream will proceed to refund the amount already paid by the customer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, the refund will be made by the method of payment used in the order.
  6. For the withdrawal, the customer must complete the withdrawal document provided by the customer service department.

The total cost of the return is calculated as follows:
transport costs charged at the time of purchase + 10% (as a collection management fee).

We do not apply any commission on the price of the product.

Example
If your purchase was charged 19,90 € for transport:
Return cost = 19,90 € + 1,99 € (10%) = 21,89 €.
