Delivery of me 5 chairs by fidex. No screws in the chair package. Now I'm waiting for my 4 screws to be delivered by dpd from Rognac. No delivery notice. So I was absent the 2 times the deliveryman came. On November 17 I was away for 3 days at the weekend and the 2nd time today I was away for 30 minutes on an errand. Do you find it normal that there is no notice of passage? Especially since today I called at 9am to find out if I could be delivered or if I could go to Rognac to pick up my 4 screws. I was told that yes, I could go to dpd. And in the meantime, the delivery man came by and left a note saying he'd been and gone! I hope to be delivered tomorrow to my neighbor's house, as I requested????? After phoning for the 3rd time in 2 hours!!!!!! Very disappointed by the lightness of the deliveries both from the preparation of the orders which forgets to put 4 screws and sends a chair with a stain on the seat and from the delivery by back which does not warn of the passage... you have big risk to lose customers with so many problems of delivery. For my part, I'm thinking about placing other orders....
