Great chair and excellent customer service

Delivery was incredibly quick and assembly was quite straightforward, despite the lack of instructions. The chair is exactly what I was hoping for – even though it has a few minor flaws, such as scratches and grooves on the wooden frame, etc. – but I didn’t want to go to the trouble of returning it, and I needed the chair urgently. My enquiry was dealt with very quickly by customer service and I received generous compensation.
So I would highly recommend them all round and this certainly won’t be my last order.

A lovely armchair AND good value!

For this affordable price range (under €400), you get a smart designer armchair with a bentwood shell and lovely light-coloured leather. The finish is decent, with a few minor imperfections – but acceptable for the price. Bought it without trying it out first – obviously... But I’m very happy with it: comfortable upholstery that isn’t too soft. Delivery was also within the promised timeframe – so top marks! 5 stars!

Good product. Very comfortable chairs. The downsides: poor-quality steel screws and a very vague assembly guide... The legs aren't marked.

a bit surprised but happy

The chairs arrived even though Nest Dream had told me that the payment hadn’t gone through (which wasn’t true) and that there was no delivery driver available. So I was surprised to receive them, but I like them. Good value for money.
