The leather is not so good and the sitting position is difficult to adjust and the fact that the chair has no armrests is very bad is not so noticeable in the photos in practice unthinkably bad that they are not there!

Our white office chair looks good and was assembled quickly. The contact with customer service was very good and the problem was solved. The delivery was delayed but that was not a problem. We were informed about the delay and the delivery in advance.
