I really liked the product, but it took longer to arrive than I’d been told (more than a fortnight’s delay) and there were no assembly instructions, which, although it’s straightforward, would have been useful. Best regards

I am very dissatisfied. Unfortunately, I have received a damaged product. So far, customer service has been making unreasonable demands regarding proof of the defect.
