Naturally, I’m not happy, and I’m actually quite frustrated with this purchase, because I’ve been eyeing them up for ages and chose these over the SILLA288 model, knowing they cost twice as much, because of the quality promised, but in the end...

Ongoing dispute

The leather was damaged and stained when I received it. A huge disappointment under the Christmas tree. I couldn’t get through to customer service.
