A spotless chair

The checkout process and delivery were spot on. Unfortunately, the product itself isn’t. It’s been thrown together rather sloppily and has some really unsightly weld seams. And then there’s the customer service team, who try to pass all this off as normal.

Nordic office chair

We bought two Nordic chairs in black leather and walnut and have been testing them for a week.
-Quality: Very good; it is not yet possible to say how long the chair will last
-Very attractive design
- Ergonomics / seating comfort: The chair is a bit low. We have it set to the highest position. The sides are quite narrow. Not suitable for larger people. I am very tall, with a long back, and need a cushion with this chair. The chair suits my wife better; she is about 160 cm tall. The upholstery is rather thin, but fine for me.
