I had ordered 3 Eams chairs which arrived on time but 2 were not

I ordered 3 Eams chairs which arrived on time but 2 out of 3 were damaged. I contacted customer service who asked me to take photos and a week later they sent me 2 new chairs in very good condition. Product conforms to my expectations.

Despite a delay in delivery, I'm very satisfied with the products I received (good value for money), especially as the after-sales service was available both by phone and e-mail, and a commercial gesture was made: the delivery costs were reimbursed.
