The returns process is complicated…

The returns process is complicated and very time-consuming. What’s more, I was charged 75 euros. I am very dissatisfied.

The chairs are certainly lovely

The chairs are certainly lovely, but they haven’t arrived yet and the stated delivery time is two(!) months from the order date
