Great product, terrible delivery service

Mueble Design: the product is excellent, and their delivery speed and packaging are top-notch, but the DHL branch is a disaster... It took five days from the time they received the goods to deliver them; it was impossible to speak to the destination DHL branch – they just refer you to head office and say that...
