I have received the wrong item. The item listed on the invoice is correct, but the item delivered is the wrong one. Please could you advise me on how to exchange it?

I recently bought a piece of furniture. The service was excellent. It was delivered on time. Excellent service.

Good build quality, with a minor flaw

The overall build quality is very good; it arrives well-packaged and is easy to assemble. There is just one hole for attaching the backrest to the steel tubes that is slightly deeper than the others. This means that the backrest isn’t completely level once assembled. It cannot be corrected, as there is no play. But it is almost acceptable. The manufacturer should correct this. I think it is a mechanical adjustment. Nevertheless, I would buy this chair again.

Fast delivery – good quality – good service

Fast delivery, well packaged, all parts included, along with the necessary tools and instructions. The damaged seat was replaced without any issues (the damage wasn’t caused during delivery). Otherwise, the seat is (so far) perfect; of course, it doesn’t look exactly like the original – that might be asking too much.

A brilliant chair, of very good quality

A very well-made chair with a fantastic design. The chairs were delivered quickly and fit in perfectly with our furniture. We’re now going to order the next three. Thank you!
