Great disappointment at the time of delivery because the company

I was very disappointed with the delivery because the company chosen to deliver in Switzerland (DACHSER) refused to take the sofas upstairs and wanted to leave them on the sidewalk (and on a rainy day!!) or take them back and send them back, saying that their contract did not oblige them to deliver upstairs. The delivery person was even alone for a delivery on the 2nd floor of a parcel weighing 100Kg, which is consistent with the order not to assemble the furniture, as it is not humanly possible for a single person to carry a parcel of these dimensions. This very unpleasant experience will always be linked to the purchase. I'm satisfied with the quality of the furniture.
