A beautiful chair, but the delivery was faulty

Unfortunately, there were issues with the delivery, and both the parcel and the bars arrived damaged. However, getting in touch with the customer service team was straightforward, and they sent me the missing back panel free of charge. That said, this did involve an extra investment of time and effort.

Het is altijd afwachten als je iets nieuws besteld van een website waar je nog niet eerder iets besteld hebt of het net zo mooi is als op de foto en of de ondersteuning van de klantenservice ook adequaat is.
En ik kan wel zeggen dat we de twee stoelen heel erg mooi vinden. De kleur van het donkere notenhout contrasteert heel mooi met het crèmekleurige touwwerk van de stoel. De afwerking is ook heel erg verzorgd en strak. De ondersteuning van de klantenservice is ook prima voor elkaar.
Kortom we zijn heel erg blij met onze aankoop. Tevredener dan wij zijn kan eigenlijk niet.
